Membership

• Quick entry of Participant information including, but not limited to, Demographics, Membership Status and History, Access History, Family relationships, Medical Information, Certification Information and much more.
• Easy participant lookup by Card, Participant ID, Last Name and even First Name.
• Extensive ability to define and report on participant information with the ability to view, print, select or even generate labels or spreadsheets of the information.
• Ability to produce Bank Drafts for defined automatic billings.

Programs

• Ability to define, duplicate and schedule programs and/or program sessions.
• Ability to track and report any past program activity.

Access Control

• Detailed campaign definition and tracking of campaigners, prospects and participants.

General Ledger

• Production of detailed and summary Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Journals.

Payroll

Time Entry

• Ability to sign in and out from seperate time entry screen or from front desk screen if desired.
• Ability to automatically track individual billable times (i.e. Personal Training or Massage) and invoice.

Accounts Payable
